Assistant
The installable chat, and what every account starts with. One script tag on your website and she answers your customers around the clock, in the language they write in, from the information you give her.
Ema reads your website, answers your customers in their own language, sends them to the right page and emails you the enquiry the moment it lands — while you are on a job, or asleep.

Ema answers here
Run in the UK, by a UK company
PUGLIESEWEB LTD, registered in England and Wales. The service runs on AWS in London (eu-west-2).
Answers you can check
She answers from your own pages and links the one she used. Where your site is silent, so is she.
No card, no contract
200 replies a month on the free plan, for as long as you like. Paid plans cancel any time.
Nothing hidden
Hosting, sub-processors, encryption, retention and breach notification are published in full.
Read the trust pageWhat Ema does for you
All of it is the same assistant, working from the knowledge you gave her. What a client gets on signup is marked live; what we set up together is marked so.
She reads your website and the documents you give her — services, hours, prices, terms — and says so when the answer is not there. Nothing invented.
Every answer links to the page it came from, on your site and nowhere else. A question about prices ends on your pricing page.
She answers in the language each customer writes in, and reports to you in yours.
When a customer leaves their details, the email reaches you at once, and the enquiry sits in your console with the whole conversation.
At 11pm, on a Sunday, while you are up a ladder: she replies in seconds, and the enquiry is waiting in your inbox in the morning.
Booking offers a slot from your calendar inside the conversation and confirms it — out of hours included.
Recorded live
The console exactly as a business sees it: Ema reads the website, answers a visitor in the live preview, and one copied snippet puts her on the site. Half a minute, no voice-over.
From nothing to answering
Scan your site, add your email, get leads.
Create your account on the Ema Answers console — an email and a password, free to start: 200 replies a month, no card. Type your website address and Ema reads your pages: services, hours, prices, terms. Nothing invented: if the answer is not on your site, she says so.
One field on the Leads page: the address every enquiry should reach. Each one arrives with the name, the email and the conversation behind it.
Copy the snippet from the console into your site — that is the whole install. From that moment she answers, 24/7, in every language your customers write in, and the enquiries start arriving.
The features
Every account starts with the Assistant on your own website. Add the rest as they earn their keep — it is the same Ema throughout, with the same knowledge and the same calendar.

The installable chat, and what every account starts with. One script tag on your website and she answers your customers around the clock, in the language they write in, from the information you give her.
Everyone who got in touch, kept: each person with their enquiries, the summary of what was said, a status and your notes — so nobody who reached out is ever lost in an inbox.
Every conversation she has had, and the channels your customers already write on — WhatsApp first. The same knowledge, the same tone, the same calendar.
Customers pick a slot inside the conversation, confirmed against the calendar you already keep — buffers between jobs, a reminder before every appointment.
Ema picks up the phone when you can't, and books the job while she's on the line.
The same assistant behind a search box instead of a chat bubble — a search that understands a real question, not just keywords.
The local directory where people find a business who can help — with Ema answering for you on your listing, before a customer has even reached your site.
One product, one Ema. Each feature is switched on for your account on its own, and priced on its own — but they are not separate things to buy into: they share the conversation engine, the knowledge you teach her and the calendar she books into. Nothing to migrate, nothing to relearn.
Pricing
The free plan is not a trial: 200 replies a month, for as long as you like, no card. Move to a paid plan from the console when your customers keep her busy — nothing is charged until you choose, and you can cancel any time.

Before you start
Short answers. Where one needs proof, the link to it is underneath.
No. The console gives you one line to paste into your site, and step-by-step instructions for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Shopify. If you can edit your own pages, you can install Ema in a couple of minutes.
No. She answers from your website and the documents you give her, and every answer links the page it came from. When the answer is not there, she says so instead of guessing — and that is a good sign you have a page missing.
The one each visitor writes in. A customer who asks in Polish gets a reply in Polish, from the same English pages you already have. Your enquiry emails and your console stay in your language.
By email, the moment someone leaves their details, with their name, their address and the conversation behind it. The same enquiry waits in your console with the whole exchange, so nothing depends on one email arriving.
Nothing, and there is no clock on it: the free plan is 200 replies a month with no card, for as long as you like. Paid plans start at £59 a month, exclude VAT, have no setup fee and can be cancelled any time from the console.
On AWS in London (eu-west-2) — the application, its databases, its backups. We will not tell you it never leaves the United Kingdom, because that would not be true: received email is handled in Ireland, and the model that writes an answer is called through an EU inference profile. All of it, with our sub-processors and how long we keep things, is written out on the trust page.
Hosting, sub-processors and retentionBoth are real, and both are set up with you rather than switched on from a card: Booking offers slots from the calendar you already keep, and Voice picks up the phone when you cannot. Every account starts with the Assistant on your website; ask us when you want the rest.
Remove the line of code from your site and she stops answering, immediately, with nothing to uninstall. A paid plan is cancelled from the console’s Plan & billing page and is not renewed.
